Exchange Policy

We aim to provide accurate product listings, and we perform quality checks before dispatching orders to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We offer size-related exchanges but do not accept returns. Exchange eligibility is limited to domestic orders, provided the item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all packaging and tags.

Exchange Process

To request an exchange:

Contact us within 24-48 hours of order delivery via email at help@indiankudi.com or call +91-9922982709.
Pay a processing fee of INR 300 per product (if applicable) and share the payment screenshot with us.
If you choose to send the exchange product directly to us, we will provide the shipping address. Share the AWB number, courier company name, and POD.
After receiving the product, we inspect it and, if approved, dispatch the new size within 3-5 working days.
We offer size exchanges only once per order.
Cancellation Policy

We allow order cancellations within 24 hours of order placement for both prepaid and COD orders. Prepaid orders can be refunded as a credit note or replaced with a product of the same value.

Refund Policy

We do not provide returns or refunds on products once sold and delivered. We offer size exchanges as detailed in our Exchange Policy. For a refund for a defective/damaged product, 3% (for prepaid orders) and 2% (for COD orders) gateway charges may apply.
