Shipping Policy

At Indian Kudi, we recognize the significance of delivering your products in a timely and secure manner. To achieve this, we have established partnerships with renowned courier companies, both domestic and international, including Bluedart, Delhivery, DHL, Aramex, and others. These partnerships ensure the smooth and reliable delivery of all your orders.


DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping Charges: Indian Kudi offers FREE SHIPPING ACROSS INDIA for all orders, whether prepaid or cash on delivery (COD). For international orders, additional shipping fees are applied based on the weight of the total order parcel, which is calculated during the checkout process.

Tax and Duties: Please be aware that many countries impose various import duties, customs charges, and taxes on shipped items. The customer is responsible for covering these additional charges upon delivery. Therefore, we recommend checking your country's tax policies before placing an international order. Once an international order is placed, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

If the customer refuses to pay customs charges for their international order, we will not be held liable for product exchanges, returns, or payment refunds under any circumstances.

Shipping Delays: During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen events like political unrest, public curfews, or containment zones, there may be an additional 5-7 day delay in order dispatch. In such cases, our team will notify you of the delay through email or phone.

Receiving Order Guidelines: To ensure that your parcel arrives in good condition, please follow these guidelines when receiving your order shipped by third-party agencies. If you receive a damaged, broken, or opened parcel, do not accept the order. Instead, record a video and take images of the damaged package. Email these images and videos, along with your order number, so that we can promptly address the issue and process claims with the shipping agency on your behalf.

Order Processing: After placing an order on our website, our system initiates the processing of your order. Once your outfit(s) are ready from the manufacturing unit, they undergo rigorous quality checks. Your items are securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Once dispatched, you will receive a unique tracking identity number via email and SMS on your registered email and mobile number. You can track the status of your order delivery by using this tracking number on the courier partner's official website.

PAYMENT POLICY

Worldwide Shipping: We deliver to over 220 destinations worldwide. You can verify shipping eligibility for your city or country during the order checkout process.

Prepaid & COD Orders: Orders that are prepaid or made through Cash on Delivery (COD) can be canceled within 24 hours of order placement. To cancel your order, please send your cancellation request to us at help@indiankudi.com or contact our customer support number, +91-9922982709, from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm.

Payment Options: We offer a variety of payment options for your convenience, including major debit and credit cards, net banking, recognized eWallets, and UPI. For domestic orders, we also provide a Cash on Delivery option, available for orders with a total value of up to ₹10,000.

For international orders, we exclusively accept prepaid payment methods. We welcome all major Mastercard, American Express, and Visa cards, as well as trusted payment gateways like PayPal and PayU.

Credit Note Usage: If you receive a credit note, it will be sent to your registered email address. Credit notes can be applied only once on our official website and must be used within 3 months from the date of issue.
